Is Famine Real to Primitive Society or to Modern Society?
According to Wikipedia, famine in our world’s societal environment could be seen as something caused by a rapid overpopulation to an area that doesn’t have the established provisions for readjusting the regional carrying capacity for not to be causing malnutrition, starvation, and epidemics.
This show’s how important agriculture really is for the live of Earth’s ongoing existence to the planet’s population. There is no way to speed up this agricultural process in less than a year’s time without provision for being prepared to make this happen that quickly, and than other failures could occur unexpectedly to make things worst. These other agricultural problems examples are drought, crop failure, and even pestilence.
Plus Wikipedia mentions, not having an proper and timely economical plan created by the society on how everyone is going to participate with the society’s expected activities only reduces the amount of available labor to help boost the economical supplies to their newer expected levels.
During the 20th century, records show an estimated 70 million people have died from famine alone spread to many different parts of the world, and could be continuing to do so, if our world’s agriculture in any way starts to diminish.
